Are You Fuckin’ Serious?

Over here at Renegade Moms we try not to get political. Sometimes a few things slip out (like my undying love for the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence) but for the most part we keep politics out of here.  Not because we don’t have political views because we do (we live in the Protest Capital of the World for fucks sake), but because that is not what this blog is about.  Plus politics gives me a headache and this is my fucking happy place.  My place where I say “fuck” and “shit” and “bitch”  a lot.  Yep, you read us so you know we have first degree potty mouths over here.  We will always defend our right to say fuck any day of the fucking week.  Which is why I will break the Renegade Rule of No Politics and say to California Legislators:

What the Fuck?????

Today the California state legislature is actually going to waste a bunch of fucking time voting to pass (or hopefully not pass) state legislation to have a statewide official “No Cuss Week” to clean up all our foul California mouths.   If passed it will make the first week in March officially a Cuss Free Zone in California.

This is so fucking stoopid.  This is monumentally stoopid.  First and foremost as most of the fucking world is well fucking aware of California is in the shitter.  We are fucking broke.  There are no fuckin’ jobs.  Our schools are shit and ranked almost dead last in the nation. Our houses aren’t worth shit anymore.  Oh and we have an actor (again) for governor (again because clearly we are trial fucking learners) and you can do that math on that one.  The truth is this new “rule” isn’t going to actually make anyone stop cussing (we will cuss more just because you said we cant Fuckers!) but it is wasting fucking time and money.  THAT is my beef.  RenegadeDad doesn’t really agree with me bitching about it on this post but he and I don’t agree on a lot of shit.  So what.  His beef with me is that supposedly this thing was inspired by a teenager at a Pasadena junior high who founded the No Cuss Club at school.  That’s fine….for school! He thinks that by me publicly bitching about this that somehow I will hurt this kid’s feelings.  Oh well.  I’m mean like that.  I personally think this kid is old enough to learn an important lesson in public politics: some shit just isn’t a legislative issue.  You want a club at school? Great! that is fantastic that you are doing that in your school.  However, it is not something we should be paying state legislators to do.  No way.  Sorry.  Welcome to politics kiddo.

So, at the end of the day all I have to say is, Fuck you California legislators. Fuck you mother fuckers for wasting our tax dollars on paying you fuckers to tell us we cant say “fuck” for a week!  The fact that with everything going on over here in sunny California these pieces of shit decide to spend today on this bullshit is astounding. Part of me wants it to pass just because we love us a good protest in California.  Sacramento is pretty fucking close to San Francisco, the protest capital of the nation so I dare you Sacramento to pass this shit! I fucking double dog dare you bitches! I want to see the picket signs on the news that say “FUCK YOU!!!!”  I will pay to see that shit! Ok no I wont, I live in California and have no fucking money.  If I did have money though I would pay to see it.

So there you go, it won’t happen often but every once in awhile there comes a time when something political happens that is near and dear to our Renegade Hearts and cussing is that something.  If this bullshit passes then you better believe we will make the first week in March National Renegade Moms Cuss Extra Week. For those of you who disagree ….. well….. Fuck you!

UPDATE: This stoopid shit actually passed.  Be prepared to cuss up a fucking storm  in a few fucking days!  This goes to the CA Senate 3/1/10.  Total bullshit! There is now a fanpage for it started by your favorite cussing moms.  California Can Cuss Join and show your support.  Oh and if your not our fan already than do that shit while your there fucker!  We even have a cool easy button right here on our homepage for your lazy ass!
